5 Productive Apps for Assistants on the Move

By July 13, 2018apps

Being an assistant during this time in life where technology is always advancing and things that seemed to be so much harder are now are that much more comfortable. Apps have changed the game. Here are my top five apps I use the most.

1. WUNDERLIST

Being on the go sometimes you may have to leave that big old notepad at home. This app is a simple to-do list on the go. You can make multiple lists that you can share with others.  Wunderlist instantly syncs between your phone, tablet, and computer so that you can access your to-dos from anywhere.

2. TURBOSCAN

You never know when you need to scan and send an important document. TurboScan turns your phone into a full-featured powerful scanner for documents, receipts, photos, etc. The best part I love about this app you can scan multipage documents, save them and send an email or share however you like.

3. GOOGLE DRIVE

Sometimes carrying my laptop or external hard drive won’t be an option. In many cases, I turn to this app for my access to my files on the go. The app is very user-friendly and eliminated many headaches for me.

4. GRAMMARLY KEYBOARD

A personal editor you can take with you wherever you go. Grammarly helps you type with ease in any app. Whether you’re sending an urgent email or an important text message, you can write on your phone with confidence.
